Good to know before you come

What your ticket includes

General admission for the day you choose — all exhibits, the vendor marketplace, and every free talk on the main stage. Readings, healing sessions and purchases are paid directly to each vendor.

Getting in

Your ticket arrives by email with a QR code. Show it on your phone or bring a printout — our team scans it at the door in a few seconds. No code with you? We can look you up by name or email.

Children and re-entry

Children under 12 attend free with a ticketed adult. Your wristband lets you come and go all day.

Refunds and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else or to another Spirit Fest city in the same season — just email us before the event and we will move it for you.

Accessibility

Venues are wheelchair accessible with accessible parking and restrooms. Tell us about any accommodation you need and we will arrange it — see our accessibility statement.
